4. Address Proof (Passport/Voter ID/Driving License).

5. Educational Qualification (UG Degree Certificate) Proof.

6. Educational Qualification (PG Degree) Certificate.

7. Additional Educational Qualification (Diploma/PG Diploma, etc.) Certificates.

8. Previous Training Certificates (Psychology/Education/Learning Disability/ Special Education).

9. Previous/Present work experience Certificates.
