3. Identity Proof (Aadhaar Card/Passport/PAN Card).

4. Address Proof (Passport/Voter ID/Driving License).

5. Educational Qualification (UG Degree Certificate) Proof.

6. Educational Qualification (PG Degree) Certificate.

7. Additional Educational Qualification (Diploma/PG Diploma, etc.) Certificates.

8. Additional documents: The address proof and registration documents of any centre/institutes/ if already run by you.

9. Previous training and Work experience certificates.

 

Note: Please send two different documents for No.3 and No.4. Identity proof and address proof documents should not be the same.
